Returns & Refunds Policy

At BLB 3D Printing, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below.

1. Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless items arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bbaker@blb3dprinting.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom items. Ready-made items may be eligible for exchange on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. EU/UK Customers
If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt unless the item is custom-made. Contact us for more information.

8. Return Process
Contact bbaker@blb3dprinting.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and images. We will provide further instructions.
